As for your service, I would like to praise your candour, professionalism and service levels - you were always prompt at returning my e-mails and, most importantly, were honest about the abilities and capabilities of the nannies - which is the most important thing.
Denise was really excellent.
So easy to get along with as well as being sensitive to others whilst being in somebody else's house. The placement was a big success and I got exactly what I needed from it...not least much needed sleep!
